USA Phone Rental Reservation Process

Step 2. Fax Back the Signed Rental Agreement with Photo ID.   This is required even if you choose to provide credit card information on-line in step 3.  Click for Rental Agreement
Step 3. Complete credit card information on-line - optional since you provide with rental agreement.
Order Process

  1. Complete our on-line request form on this page and submit on-line.
  2. Fax back a complete and signed copy of our on-line rental agreement which can be printed from our site -  Rental Agreement. This form should also have your credit card info printed legibly so we can authorize the deposit. Also include a copy of a photo ID such as a drivers license or passport - we recommend you make a legible photocopy of your ID prior to faxing to ensure it will readable on our fax.  Our fax number is 1-810-454-1990.
  3. Once we receive all of the above information, we enter your reservation date into our system and your phone is reserved. We ship the phone to you 2 business days prior to your request date (next business day is available if necessary).  Rental period is calculated day after shipment through day returned.
After we receive your complete order

  1. A $250 deposit per phone is obtained using your credit card information.  If additional options are requested, additional deposit may be charged as noted on order form.
  2. We reserve the equipment and arrange for shipment.  We also provide a return pack/box.  You will receive a charged phone, charger, car adapter, and operating instructions.
  3. The equipment is shipped via 2-business day or next-business day air and arrives at your location.
  4. When you are ready to return the equipment, you ship it with the provided return pack/box.
  5. Upon receipt of the equipment, we process the charge for your usage and net against your deposit.  Because we must wait for the carrier bill, final invoicing and refunding of deposit typically occurs 2 to 6 weeks after we receive the equipment.

Please fill out the form below so we may reserve your phone.  Please complete all applicable fields below to reserve your phone(s) and arrange for shipment.  After you submit this form, you will have the option of giving credit card payment information via our secure website.  If you prefer to fax your credit card information, you may provide it on the required Rental Agreement form.

The billing address must be the address where the credit card statement is mailed.  The Reserve Phone Form, Rental Agreement and Photo ID must all be forwarded to 4 Satellite Phones prior to 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday (Saturday 12 pm) to be processed same-day.  Credit Card Payment information may be submitted on-line via our secure site or included on the Rental Agreement and faxed to 1-810-454-1990.  The signature on the rental agreement must be provided by the credit card holder.

Completion of this form is acknowledgement you have read and agree to the terms in our Rental Agreement.

Minimum minutes are "pooled" for the rental period.  For example: 7 days on the $.75 plan would result in a minimum of 21 minutes usage billed for the week - You can use these pooled minutes anytime during the rental period.
Service Options USA Toll-Free Number.  Do you desire a toll-free number for $.20 a minute extra for incoming calls and to check messages.  Setup fee of $5.00 is charged to set up forwarding.  Incoming calls from Pay phones incur an FCC mandated surcharge of $.30 per call. Deluxe USA Toll-Free Number + email send/receive over-the-phone + fax forwarding.  Do you desire a toll-free number, the ability to hear and respond to email over the phone, and fax receive / forwarding for $.40 a minute extra?  Charge is for incoming calls, checking messages and fax receive and forwarding.  Setup fee of $5.00 is charged to set up service.  Incoming calls from Pay phones incur an FCC mandated surcharge of $.30 per call. Canada Option allows you to make and receive calls in Canada for your selected rate plan above.  Cost is $2 a day * days rented. <Receive unlimited emails/text messages on Phone (in digital areas only)  You will be assigned an email address which allows delivery of up to 120 characters.  Supported in AT&T Digital service areas which includes most major USA cities. Cost is only $10 setup fee with no daily charge - includes unlimited messages.

Verizon (formerly Airtouch/Bell Atlantic) - Digital/Analog Motorola Star Tac Phone
Good digital coverage across eastern USA and west coast.  Good analog coverage for middle part of USA.  Good service in New York / New Jersey. 

Sprint - Digital Nokia or Touchpoint Phone
Good overall city coverage and newest national system, not recommended for rural areas.  Service is often unavailable inside of buildings.  Recommended for Digital data connection directly to PC using serial port (no modem required) with speeds of 9600 bps ((large cities only). NOTE: Due to large number of orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of a given carrier.  If the requested carrier is not available we will send you the best phone/carrier available for the area that you requested usage.
Do you wish to purchase theft protection?    $2 per day  Reduces liability for theft/loss of phone by 50% - (highly recommended since phone replacement cost can be from $250 to $500).  See Rental Agreement for details.
Do you wish to rent a hands-free headset?   Yes ($1 per day)     Increases Sound Quality!  Avoid tickets in areas where it is illegal to take hands off wheel for phone use!  Headset that converts from headband to over-the-ear style. Noise-canceling microphone for crystal clear calls. Easy hands-free conversations .  Convenient inline volume and mute control.
Data Options Sprint or Verizon digital data cable for $2 per day - service in top 50 cities only.  Data speeds of 9.6k to 14.4k. ISP account with USA phone number and email account for $3 a day

Limited Availability.  Digital data and wireless application protocol (WAP) available in top 50 cities via Sprint and Verizon network.

Do you wish to rent a Pocket PC for internet and email access?  Yes ($50 per week)      Provides web browsing and email access via landline and wireless phone (if used with data cable above).  Includes Pocket Word, Excel and Powerpoint.  Requires additional $900 deposit.  Limited availability.  Recommend ISP Account for $3 a day so unit can be pre-configured for your use.
Choose Shipping Method  

 		Orders placed Monday through Friday must be received by 3:00 pm EST for same day processing.  All shipping/handling charges are for a single phone.   Additional phones shipped cost an additional $5.00 per unit.. Return Shipping:  Packages will be returned via 2nd business day using the return package provided by 4 Satellite Phones at a cost of $10 for the first unit which includes shipping insurance.  Alternatively you may use your own shipper but we recommend you insure the shipment since you will be responsible for any loss or damages.
